Physical Address: Collected at registration. Used for dealer assignment and service delivery.
Precise Location: Collected when you use location-based features of the Service. Used for physical access verification and dealer matching. Location data is processed on our servers and is accessible to your assigned Authorized Service Dealer through our internal portal.
Photos / Media: Collected when you submit support requests or reports. Shared with your Authorized Service Dealer for service resolution purposes.
Device Identifiers: Collected automatically. Includes device ID, FCM push token, IP address, OS type and version. Used for push notification delivery, security monitoring, and diagnostics.
Usage Data: Session data collected automatically for authentication and security purposes.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the Service, including authentication and access control.
To verify your physical location for access authorization purposes.
To assign and connect you with your designated Authorized Service Dealer.
To manage your account and enable you to use all features of the Service.
To send push notifications and communications related to your service requests, security updates, and app functionality.
To monitor and improve the security and performance of the Service.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.
For business transfers: We may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
Your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, and submitted photos may be accessible to your assigned Authorized Service Dealer through our internal web portal. Dealers access this information solely for the purpose of delivering technical support and service. Dealers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and this policy.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) provided by Google for push notification delivery. This service may collect device identifiers. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
